Five Stars A Source of Inspiration!

I very much enjoyed reading Tim’s book on the Behaviors of Challenge. I’m a self-made nutritionist and very committed to a life of health and fitness. I started this approach toward a healthier lifestyle about 6 years ago when I was starting to fall into a very relaxed and uncommitted lifestyle. I noticed that my weight was starting to creep upward and I was stuck in a very routine and non-result based workout schedule. I was in my late 40’s and decided one day in my hotel room on a business trip to purchase a home workout program and at the same time started to read everything that I could find to educate myself about fitness through an exercise program and how to support this program and my life through healthier eating. I consider myself to be very successful, but I’m still looking for information that will help me through the changes as I continue to age through this process and to keep myself motivated for the rest of my life.

I found Tim’s book to be an outstanding source of inspiration and knowledge for anyone who might be starting their journey toward a healthier life style, but also found his book to provide me with information that I can use now and in the future. It’s the perfect combination of spiritual, psychological and fact based guidance to get you to your goals from the initial changes of developing and starting a custom program to meet your needs, to keeping you motivated through the process and finally sustaining your desired results which can be the hardest challenge of all. Tim’s book is an easy read which will also help get you started and will also be a great and simple resource to help you stay with your plan.

Tim, thanks for taking the time to share your experiences. I plan on keeping your book close by for continued support and motivate and I keep pace with my health and fitness goals for life.
